Human Resources Solutions Group was founded upon the principle of providing professional human resources services driven through the proper alignment to business strategy. Our focus is providing quality, cost-effective HR services and advice to 1) organizations with a minimal or non-existent HR staff and 2) organizations with a HR staff who wish to compliment their staff’s capabilities or outsource specific projects.

OUR HISTORY

Since 2004, Human Resources Solutions Group (HRSG) has been helping organizations with the human side of their businesses. Working as a people solutions partner, HRSG provides highly professional and personalized consulting services and advice to management of companies, organizations and associations. During this time, HRSG has provided services to client organizations with staff ranging in size from fewer than 10 employees to 500. Our clients include a wide variety of for-profit companies, non-profits, associations and public-sector school districts and municipalities.
