Employee development workshops and training programs cover a number of topics. Normally, the content will be a blend of proven concepts and core information with some customization to meet the specific needs of the organization. Workshops and programs may be offered either on-site at the client's location or at an off-site location. Some organizations have chosen to combine several topics into a half or full-day program.

BHR Consulting, Group has extensive experience on various topics such as customer service, conflict management, goal setting, motivation, and team building. We also offer/facilitate a variety of training sessions geared for supervisors on leadership development, interviewing protocol, managing people in your authority.

Every training module HR Consulting Group presents is customized to the needs of your company and incorporates the company’s culture, standard operating procedures, and professional standards. Real work examples are included within the presentation to ensure that the information presented is customized and the message delivered to the attendees represents the mission, vision, and philosophies of your company.

HR Consulting Group will help you determine the best method to train your employees. We can present individual and group training or in situations where there are multiple locations we can prepare videotaped sessions. Training sessions can also be designed for CD-ROM or web-based delivery. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we measure the learning that occurred as a result of the training by asking training participants to rate their knowledge of the learning objectives before and after the training session. To further measure the success of our trainings, the presenter administers a test based on the learning objectives before the training and the same test after the training.
